The Quorum Skill

An Agent Skill is a folder with a SKILL.md that an agent loads when a task matches its description, plus reference files it reads on demand. Quorum publishes one, generated from the same catalog as the CLI and MCP server so it never lists a command that doesn’t exist.

File What it is
/skills/quorum/SKILL.md When to use Quorum, how to reach it (CLI, MCP, REST), and habits for acting well
/skills/quorum/references/commands.md Every command, its arguments and the scope it needs
/skills/quorum/references/toolsets.md The MCP toolsets and their tools
/skills/quorum/references/webhooks.md Webhook events and how to verify a delivery
/skills/index.json A machine-readable list of the files

For Claude Code, put the folder in your skills directory:

Terminal window
mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills/quorum/references
cd ~/.claude/skills/quorum
curl -fsSLO https://docs.quorumcal.com/skills/quorum/SKILL.md
for f in commands toolsets webhooks; do
curl -fsSL -o references/$f.md https://docs.quorumcal.com/skills/quorum/references/$f.md
done

Other agents that support Agent Skills take the same folder; point them at https://docs.quorumcal.com/skills/quorum/SKILL.md. The URL is stable; the files change when the API does, so refresh them when you update the CLI.

The Skill tells the agent to find your orgs and teams first, to read before writing, and to confirm anything destructive or visible to other people. It does not give the agent access: that still comes from the CLI login or MCP connection, with the scopes you approved.
