Booking links
A booking link is a public page where a visitor picks a slot and books. No account is needed to book.
- Owner. A person’s link lives at
quorumcal.com/{handle}/{slug}; a team’s atquorumcal.com/{org}/{team}/{slug}. - Host and pools. A link can name a fixed host, add pools (pick k people from a group by
fair, priorityorallstrategy), or both. Pools can list people and whole teams. Only people who have shared their availability with the link can be offered on it (see Availability grants). - Slots come from everyone’s free/busy (never titles), working-hours schedules, the link’s notice and buffers, and Quorum’s own reservations. Two visitors can’t take the same time.
- The calendar sends the email. Google (or the host’s calendar) sends the invitation and every update. Quorum emails the booker only when the calendar can’t: a booking that didn’t go through, a move that was reverted, or an event deleted outside Quorum.
- Managing a booking. The event description carries a private link,
quorumcal.com/bookings/{token}, where the booker can reschedule or cancel. Hosts and team admins see bookings in the dashboard and can swap a pool member. - Changing a link keeps its history: a moved or renamed link redirects.
Everything above is available as links ... and team links ... commands; see the API reference. Webhooks announce link.* and booking.* events.
