Availability grants
Quorum reads a person’s calendar only as busy time, and only for what they have agreed to. The agreement is a single idea, sharing my availability, scoped to one of:
| Scope | Unlocks |
|---|---|
| A person | That person can include you when they schedule with you |
| A team | The team’s links and polls can offer you, and suggest times with you |
| An org | The same, for every team in the org |
| A link or a series | Exactly that link or series, nothing else |
Joining a team shares your availability with that team only, and leaving takes it back. Grants are revocable any time, from Sharing in the dashboard or availability grants ....
Inviting needs no grant. Anyone can add a contact as a meeting attendee, invite them to a poll, or CC them; a grant is needed only for Quorum to use their free/busy. Asking for one is an availability request, an email with a page where the person can accept at the scope you asked for, or widen it.
Visibility is busy or hidden per calendar, and busy blocks never show titles.
