Versions

The API is versioned by date. The current version is 2026-10-20.

  • Send Quorum-Version: 2026-10-20 on any request; the response echoes the version in force. Without it you get the version pinned on your credential.
  • A version is pinned when a personal token, a connected app or a webhook endpoint is created. The CLI sends the version it was generated against (--api-version or QUORUM_VERSION override it).
  • Webhook payloads follow the endpoint’s version, so a breaking change never reaches an endpoint that hasn’t opted in. Each delivery carries it in the Quorum-Version header and in the body’s version.
  • The MCP server always serves the latest version.

Breaking changes get a new version date and keep the old shape for credentials and endpoints pinned to the old one. Additive changes (new fields, new events) do not bump the version, so receivers should ignore fields and event types they don’t know.
