Recurring series
A series schedules a meeting that repeats. It has one of two modes:
- Re-poll. Each period a new poll opens on a set day with options generated from the members’ calendars, closes at a deadline, and the best option is booked. Members can opt in to answer from my calendar automatically.
- Standing time. One weekly slot is booked as a recurring event and checked each week. A week fails when a required member declines it; that week gets a one-off poll, and a slot that keeps failing triggers a new series-wide poll.
Members are required or optional. The booked option is the best one where every required member said yes or maybe. If no option works, an optional second round asks only the required members; failing that, the owner decides.
Breaks are org-wide skipped weeks. Ownership is transferable; when an owner or host leaves the org, the series pauses and admins are asked to transfer or end it.
Each automatic step is configurable per series: run automatically, ask the owner first, or off. Commands: series ..., team series .... Webhooks announce series.week_scheduled and series.paused.
